Employers and Employees: Families First Coronavirus Act

As our communities continue to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic in every way we can, there are indications that many employees and employers are still not real familiar with the paid sick leave provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).  As a result, many employees and employers are unaware of the rights and responsibilities under the FFCRA, which is still a relatively new law. Guidelines for employers and employees are explained on this poster.
